Data Processing Agreement
Where ByteSurge Labs processes personal data on your behalf, that processing is governed by a data processing agreement forming part of your contract with us.
Issued as part of your agreement
We do not publish contract language on a marketing page, because the version that matters is the one executed with your organisation. Ask and we will send the current agreement, along with the subprocessor list that goes with it.

What the agreement covers
The DPA sets out the terms on which we process personal data as a processor acting on your instructions. It addresses, at minimum:
- Subject matter and duration — what processing is being carried out, for how long, and for what purpose.
- Categories of data and data subjects — what is processed and whose data it is.
- Your instructions — the requirement that we process only on documented instruction from you.
- Confidentiality — obligations on personnel with access to the data.
- Security measures — the technical and organisational measures applied to the processing.
- Subprocessors — how they are engaged, and how you are notified of changes. See Subprocessors.
- Assistance — support for data subject requests, impact assessments, and breach notification.
- Deletion and return — what happens to data at the end of the engagement.
- Audit and information rights — how you can verify our compliance.
- International transfers — the mechanism relied on where data crosses a border.
Where our products fit
Consent Center produces technical findings about consent implementation. It reports what it can observe, labels inference as inference, and never issues an automated legal conclusion. Your legal and privacy teams remain the decision makers; the platform supplies the technical ground truth.
Website enquiries
Information you send through this website is covered by our privacy notice, not by a DPA — there we act as controller for our own business correspondence.
How to request it
Email dev@bytesurgelabs.com with your organisation and the products under discussion, and we will send the current agreement.
