Both problems get patched with process — a longer checklist, another review meeting, one more spreadsheet — because the underlying signal is missing. QA Fleet and Consent Center exist to supply that signal, so the process can get shorter instead of longer.

We also build and operate applications directly. HabitHero is a family productivity app on iOS and Android with its own sync backend and registration service. Prism is a macOS utility that puts large language models behind a keyboard shortcut. Running our own products in production keeps us honest about what the platform has to survive.
