We only list a role once it genuinely exists and we are ready to start interviewing, so this page is often empty. If your work is close to what we build, write to us anyway — include something you have shipped and what you were responsible for on it.

Engineers who finish things
Getting a system to work is the first half. We care about the half where it keeps working, is understandable, and can be handed over.
People who say when they are unsure
We build products whose whole value is separating what is known from what is guessed. That standard applies to how we talk to each other too.
Range over specialisation
A small team means the person who designs it often ships it and supports it. That is a feature if it appeals to you, and a warning if it does not.
How we hire
What the process looks like
We keep it short and we tell you where you stand at each step.
- A conversation. What you have built, what you want to be doing, and whether what we need matches that.
- Real work, paid if it takes real time. A problem close to what the job involves, discussed together rather than graded in silence.
- Meet the people you would work with. Including the parts of the job that are unglamorous, because those matter more than the pitch.
- A decision, with reasons. Yes or no, promptly, and we will tell you why either way.
